1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the One Tap AI Utility mobile application or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the app and website.

2. License to Use the Application

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use One Tap AI on your Android devices for personal, educational, or professional purposes. You may use all features freely without paying any subscription fees.

3. Ownership of Your Content

You retain 100% ownership of your files.

• Any photos you import, edit, remove backgrounds from, or convert into passport size photos remain entirely your property.
• Any PDF documents you merge, split, compress, lock, or unlock remain entirely your property.
• Because our app does not upload files to our servers, we have zero access to your content, and we claim no copyright, ownership, or licensing rights over your creations.

4. Acceptable & Lawful Use

We built One Tap AI to empower honest individuals, students, job applicants, and small businesses. In using the app, you agree to:

• No Forgery or Fraud: You must not use our document scanner, photo editor, or PDF tools to create counterfeit identity cards, forge official government seals, doctor signatures, or generate misleading documents intended to deceive anyone.
• Respect Copyright & Privacy: You must have the legitimate right to edit the photos and documents you process. Do not process inappropriate or unlawful content.
• No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary AI models or assets from the application package without express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property of One Tap AI

The One Tap AI name, logo, visual branding, user interface design, and custom software code are the intellectual property of the One Tap AI development team and MD Speed. All rights not explicitly granted to you are reserved.

6. Software Updates & Feature Availability

We continually work to improve performance, add new AI utilities, and optimize battery usage. We may update, enhance, or modify features from time to time. Since the app is offline-first, older versions will continue functioning on compatible devices, but we recommend keeping the app updated for the best performance and security.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

One Tap AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum accuracy in our AI background remover, object counter, and OCR scanner, automated AI results may occasionally require manual touch-up depending on photo lighting, camera focus, or document condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of One Tap AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including loss of data. We strongly advise users to maintain backup copies of critical original documents.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
